AUSTIN, Texas -- Pragma Systems, Inc. releases SecureShell Version 2 for Windows XP/2000/NT, a dual secure shell server supporting SSH2 and SSH1 protocols with the new AES (Advanced Encryption Standard) Rijndael encryption. It includes SCP (Secure Copy) and SFTP (Secure File Transfer) servers & clients for highly secure file transfer. SecureShell establishes a secure channel over any TCP/IP-based connection for both client and server applications by strongly encrypting data and file transfers over the Internet using RSA/DSA public key encryption. With the port forwarding feature of SecureShell, companies can highly encrypt other TCP/IP applications like: file transfers, email transfers, remote management, etc. by building a software VPN (Virtual Private Network).
