The Pragma Systems, Inc. Support Plan is a cost-effective annual plan that provides participating Pragma customers with major software release upgrades, minor revision releases, and unlimited access to Pragma’s customer support staff. Purchasing a Pragma Support Plan can help you maintain a stable secure connectivity environment and provide a cost-effective means to stay up-to-date on the latest Pragma software.

Telephone & Email Support Hours

  • Telephone Tech Support – Please call 512-219-7270. Hours: Monday through Friday: 8:00am – 6:00pm CST with “live human” technical support specialists. Should you get connected to the phone answering system, that means we are on the other line helping another valued customer. Please leave a detailed message and a call back phone number. You will receive a call back from our technical support staff within the shortest possible time.
  • After-Hours Telephone Tech Support – Please call 512-219-7270. Leave a detailed message and a call back phone number and you will receive a call back within 4 business hours on our next business day. (For example, if you call and leave a message on Saturday afternoon, you will receive a call back from Pragma Systems technical support staff within 4 business hours on Monday.)
  • E-Mail Submission Tech Support – Please email: or use the "Submit Support Request" link above (to the right). Available 7 days per week, 24 hours per day for support-related issues and inquiries by sending an e-mail. You will receive an email reply by the end of next business day.

To participate in the Pragma Support Plan, you must be a current Pragma customer and have at least one currently licensed Pragma product.

Support Plan Benefits

  • Free Software Upgrades:
    The Pragma Support Plan offers subscribers with immediate FREE access to the latest applicable releases of Pragma’s software (e.g. Version releases from 5.0 to 6.0). By providing major release updates to our Support Plan subscribers during the term of the Plan, Pragma is offering a means to cost-effectively maintain your software for a fraction of the cost of purchasing upgraded licenses.
  • Free Software Revisions and Updates:
    By purchasing a Pragma Support Plan you gain immediate FREE access to all applicable software revisions and updates which include minor product enhancements and bug fixes (e.g. Revision releases X.1 to X.2 and bug fixes)
  • Unlimited Access to Technical and Engineering Support:
    The Pragma Support Plan provides you with unlimited incident coverage, case status updates, and priority telephone/internet support. Your support access options include a toll-free phone number (where available), e-mail, and online help.
